What are the Major Questions/Concerns for Today's Buyers?

What are the Major Questions/Concerns for Today's Buyers - and how do you handle the answers?

Closing on their first home

Today's market is a bit strange.  As always, real estate is local, however, CNN isn't!

So, even in this "Buyer's Market", people are concerned - hesitant and, oftentimes, rightly so!

Yes, prices and interest rates are low however..

* How do you buy a foreclosure?

* What's a short sale?

* Does my credit score need to be higher than last year?

* Is it true that I need a big down payment?

* Will I be able to find a lender?

And, of course, all the questions you know that they should be asking that they don't even know!  It's easy to forget that this is new for them and they're getting their information from media sources that rely on sensationalism.

What are you finding to be the biggest questions/concerns for your buyers in today's economy?
